Christmas Eve

Keith and Cammie were sweet and invited us to join them for the Christmas Eve festivities at their home. There was the traditional homemade hamburgers, french fries and shakes. This year they included Christmas song karaoke. It was so much fun!

Christmas Crafts for Bill

We did a lot of Christmas crafts in December. The boys decorated foam cones as Christmas trees to decorate Bill's grave. They were so proud of their trees and as Alexander said in his prayer that night, "thankful that we could do something nice for Bill."

We have had many opportunities to talk about Jesus and the Resurrection this past year. I love the peace that the gospel brings to our hearts and the sparkle of hope and faith that shine in my children's eyes when we talk about how we will see our loved ones again. It made Christmas more meaningful as we celebrated Jesus's birthday.
