What a fun wedding day for Ben and Britney. Although it was extremely cold outside so we had to take pictures inside the annex building next to the temple, everything went well. We are so excited to have Ben in our family and are thrilled to know his family. All of his family and friends who came were such happy, kind individuals. There was nonstop laughing and celebrating as you can see below.

Early Celebration
We celebrated Gordon's big 30th birthday with my family last week. We made homemade pizza and shakes. I can't believe how quickly time has gone by. I remember us being 23 and 24 when we were first married. The age of 30 seemed so far away, and now it kisses our cheeks. I couldn't be happier. I am more in love with Gordon now than I was on our wedding day, which I didn't think was possible. I often wonder what I did in life that was so good that God would give me Gordon. I absolutely love, adore, admire and respect him. Happy Birthday my love.

William Turns 1 !!

We were packing up our house on William's actually birthday, the 29th of December, so we did not do much of a celebration other than make his favorite meal of pigs-n-blankets with corn and mac-n-cheese. We did give him one gift to open. We did the bigger celebration with cake with his cousin, who was born the 30th of December of the same year, on New Years Eve. I had misplaced the camera during the move, so Aunt Maleia took pictures with her camera. When I get copies from her, I will post more pictures of the boys. It was so nice being able to spend time with so many of our family members up at the homestead. Thank you Greg and Maleia for driving out our way.
William weighs 21.5 lbs
Height 30.75 inches
He says cat, dog, look, and mama. He walks along the wall, couch and if you hold his hand, but nothing on his own yet. He loves to snuggle, read books, listen to music, play with cars and his brother. He is also climbing into cabinets and climbing onto the kid chairs to stand and reach objects. He smiles and giggles from the time he wakes up in the morning until he goes down at night. He is such an easy going baby.

Kangaroo Zoo
Britney and I took Alexander and William to Kangaroo zoo before she went back to St.Louis. It is an indoor area filled with inflatable slides and jumping areas. (the kind you see at outdoor parties)The boys loved it. William sure felt his independence as he was able to walk along the side of the walls and climb without mommy being right by his side.

The First Great Snow of Winter
Dad took Alexander out to build a snow man. Afterwards they went sledding down the hill on the side of the house. The picture below is Alexander as he bumped the wall. Don't worry, he didn't hit hard, but the picture cracks me up.
That same week Alexander and his buddy David went sledding together for several hours. Everyone had a blast being outside in the sunshine, playing in the snow.

Morgan Graduates
Congratulations to Uncle Morgan who graduated in December! Sorry Morgan, the only picture I was able to take was that of Grandpa and William. Pretty cute picture, but I am sure Rachel was able to get some good pictures from your big day. Congratulations still the same. :o)
