October to December 2012

Here is a really long post catching up October through December of 2013.

Alexander's pumpkin.

Dad's pumpkin.

Lincoln

Cousin Emma who is the plunger fairy. HA HA!

Alexander

When grandma Kim visited a few weeks ago she purchased these
power ranger costumes for the boys. They couldn't be happier!

Dad trick-or-treating with us.

NOVEMBER ACTIVITIES I did not do so well capturing home school and other activities in the month of November, but here are a few pictures I did manage to take.

Playing with playdough.

Painting magnet turkeys.

This boy loves to paint. Not only to paint on paper, but on himself.
Without fail he always ends up painting his hands or face.
I walked out of the kitchen and when I came back this is what I found.
William is my little artist child.

Pure inspiration hit. I pulled the mirror off the bathroom wall, let William strip down
and paint his body and the bathroom walls around the tub.
He LOVED it.

Here you can see William so seriously watching himself in the mirror
while he paints.

We found a portable radio/cd player for Alexander at DI. He
loves being in control of the music.

We went to Uncle Keith and Aunt Cammie's house for  Thanksgiving this year.
We were hoping to make it to Aunt Britney's in Idaho but just our luck we hit
a deer which took out our head light before the trip. We couldn't get it fixed in time.
We always have fun at Uncle Keith's house though. It was a gourmet meal!

DECEMBER ACTIVITIES

Making personal pizza's.

Being cutre.

Made peppermint thumbprint cookies for a neighborhood
cookie contest/party. 13 dozen made. 2 dozen eaten in the process.

Gordon had to work in New York the first part of December so the boys
and I kept busy with fun activities. I took Alexander and William
to the children's Nutcracker ballet.

After the ballet we walked around Christmas village to see the lights.

Decorated sugar cookies.

Painted sun catchers.

It finally snowed and turned our world into a Winter Wonderland.
We had a white Christmas this year.

Thought I would post a picture of me. I am trying to be in the pictures.
No more hiding.

Sadly we had a family reunion on the Jarvis side due to the passing
away of my sweet cousin Shawn Nelson. It was good to see family
I haven't seen in years.

Wonderful Great Grandpa Jarvis.

My dad and all his siblings and parents.

Alexander trying on a pair of glasses. He looked so cute and stylish.

The boys had their preschool Christmas program. Santa did a
surprise visit. The boys we so excited to be able to tell
Santa what they wanted for Christmas.

Lincoln's first time talking with Santa.

My dad, Grandpa Alan, was able to fly out for the funeral and spent some
time with us. He took us out to celebrate William's 4th birthday.
We went bowling. So fun!

William

Grandpa making ginger bread houses with us. Actually we
used gram crackers for the house walls and roof. It worked
out great.

Grandpa's "Barn."

Mom's "farm house."

Williams house with lots of "snow."

Grandpa giving William his birthday card and present.

Happy boys with grandpa Alan. It was sad to see him go but
we were so lucky to have him visit. It has been 6 months since
we had seen him. His visit made my Christmas complete!

Christmas Eve all the Titus family got together at Keith's house for the
annual Christmas Eve burger and shake party. We always look forward to
Christmas Eve for this reason.

Jonah, Eliza and Dani

Greg, Dad, Cammie and Levi

Playing some fun games as a family.

Towards the end of the night the children reenacted the
Nativity as read from the Bible.  William was a Shepard.

Alexander was one of the Wise Men.

Lincoln was a sheep....for 5 seconds.

Dani was Mary.

Eliza was the Angel.

Christmas day. William and Alexander get Lego's from Mom and Dad.

After asking Santa for 2 years Alexander gets his space shuttle. Happy
Boy!

Santa left William his batman car.

Santa gave Lincoln a nice rocking horse. He loves it!

William turned 4 years old after Christmas. Here he is opening
his presents at home after breakfast. Later that day we go to
Uncle Gregs house and go sledding with cousins. We also celebrate
William and Matthew's birthdays.

Lincoln sledding for the first time. It was sunny but  only 5 degrees outside. BRRRRR!

Matthew and Lincoln

Alexander

Even grandma Geri and grandpa Jon come sledding with us!

The kids getting pulled by the side by side.

Isn't it a beautiful view? All the snow and the mountains.
I love where we live!

Warming up after sledding.

Happy Birthday Matthew and William! We love you boys so much!
