Our mama cat abandoned her kitten after 2 weeks. Silly things went into heat again. I had no clue that young cats can be ready to mate again so soon! So we hand fed the kitten every 2-4 hours for about 2 weeks before placing him. He was such a darling, handsome kitten. The boys LOVED him.
Lincoln practicing turning on and off the lights. He is so independent.
It was sweet. One day while playing with Legos, William fell asleep on the floor. Doesn't look very comfortable but he slept for several hours!
Love this handsome son of mine, Alexander. He turning out to be a very fine young man.
Mid May the boys and I ran a 1 mile race for Health Days. My boys love to run!
William running in to the finish line.
Alexander center running in. He kept up with the leader of the pack. Gordon didn't expect him to be at the finish line to soon, thus the far off picture.
Being silly with tape. My boys keep me laughing.
Alexander and William both graduated from preschool. They had such a wonderful teacher Mrs. Jones who has also become a good friend to me. I am so grateful for all that she has helped my boys learn.
William getting something to eat before another run. At the end of May we were able to drive out to Missouri and visit my parents. Their church ward has an annual Memorial day run at a near by park. Alexander, William and I participated in the 1 mile run.
Exhausted after the run.
Grandma Kim took us to the Butterfly House where we got to observe many live, beautiful butterflies and learn neat facts.
We also rode the famous Carousal.
We also went to many fun parks.
The Zoo with Grandpa Alan.
The Merrimack Caves with everyone.
Camping.
"Hotel Camping" on the way home.
Playing with the camera in the van.
Loving our cats when we got home.
Learning time on the computer.
Grandpa Alan also took the boys fishing.
Grandpa Alan and Grandma Kim watched the boys for two days so I good go on a business trip to Chicago with Gordon. Here Grandpa is watching cartoons with the boys. What a handsome bunch!
They rode the scooters around the circle drive every day. Lincoln was starting to get the hang of it.
We went to a pool too.
What a great vacation to start our summer! The boys are already planning what they are going to pack and what they are going to go when we visit Grandma and Grandpa and Uncle Ben next year. It is so fun there!
