Thank you to all those who have shown love, excitement and support for our new baby, William. I particulary want to thank my mother for staying with us for two weeks to help and for my brother and father for making the trip out to visit. It meant a lot to me and Alexander absolutely loved having Grandma around. What a special time for him. Children need their grandparents...there is just a special love grandmas and grandpas give that no one else can.
Grandma holding sick little Alexander. Grandma could make him feel better enough to get a smile.
Grandpa Alan holding William.
Uncle Ben enjoyed playing with Alexander. They really enjoyed building with blocks.
Gordon, daddy, holding his boys. He has been such a help to mommy.
Have you ever felt like this? This is a great picture of very hungry William.
William is really a peaceful, patient baby....when he is not hungry. :o) What an eater he is!

The First Week
I can't believe William has been here with us for a week now. Time goes by so fast! Newborns change so much in the first week. Here are a couple pictures of our boys.
So far Alexander has been doing well with William. Gordon had all of last week off to help with the house and play with Alexander. Today is my first full day alone with both boys and things seem to be going pretty smoothly. Alexander did get into the icemelt salt this afternoon, spreading it on the carpet and taking a bite or so. Crazy kid. His latest toy interest has been forks and spoons. He always has to have a set in his hands, from the time he wakes us to the time he goes to sleep. I can't figure out what the attatchment is about. He never ceases to make us laugh.
Bundled up ready to play out in the snow.
